This is a fantastic family-friendly hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What impressed me most was the staff's honesty: due to a billing mix-up, I was asked to pay at reception even though I had already paid through Booking.com. The team reached out proactively to refund the second payment and even followed up again when I forgot about it. I truly appreciate such high integrity and proactive service.
The main pool was surprisingly cold for the middle of summer, and overall pool cleanliness could be slightly improved. Additionally, only a few of the jacuzzi jets were functioning properly during our stay.

For us personally, it was the location being close to Plovdiv as we have a sports event yearly around this time and to be able to just drive 15 min and get to the hotel was amazing.
Of course, we also enjoyed the variety of food, the vegan options and also the spa and the pools.
Maybe a tiny bit noisy due to the many children

The food is ok and the facilities not bad. Plenty of swimming pools for kids and nice to have the spa. The gym was well equipped.
I didn’t feel really welcome in this place and the staff are just doing a job. There are so many kids and it’s crazy. If you’re a couple please don’t book this hotel. It is really catered for very young kids.
