Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, toll dass man Eier oder Pancakes bestellen kann, viele frische Früchte. Zimmer sind im neuen Haus sehr modern und frisch. Lage ist super.

Beim Frühstück könnte man einige pflanzenbasierte Optionen für Milch und Joghurt anbieten, für Veganer ist das Hotel nicht geeignet.

Konum harika, sırf Valetta için değil çok yere kolaylıkla gidiliyor. Otobüs durağı 100 metre falan. Otelin kahvaltısı gayet iyive yeterli her şey var. Odalar temizdi, tereddütüm vardı ama gayet hoşuma gitti.

Sadece odalar ses geçiriyor o biraz üzücüydü. Neyseki kulak tıkacım vardı.

incroyable cet hôtel. excellent rapport qualité/prix je dirais même imbattable. le personnel est super gentil, l’accueil agréable, chambres propres, choix varié au petit déjeuner, on a pu sortir plais tard de la chambre et ce sans payer de frais (parce qu’il y avait des disponibilités mais d’autres hôtels font payer quand même) Merci on y reviendra avec plaisir.

Location was amazing as was the view from the roof top. Room was clean and tidy and bed was huge. Breakfast was lovely great selection of choice.

Young girl receptionist didn't come across very reassuring when it came to hotel £50 deposit. Her demeanor didnt seem very trustworthy. Any questions I asked her throughout the stay she didn't have much knowledge regarding. When booking the sightseeing bus she requested cash, when we asked for a local cashpoint she wasn't very helpful. Just shrugged her shoulders when we said we didn't have any cash. But all in all, the other staff were lovely and helpful! The other problem we had was the cleaners were banging around super early in the morning in the corridors. Around 7.30/8am the cleaners were knocking on doors to clean rooms. This woke us up every morning. Therefore we chose to put the do not disturb on our door to prevent them walking in if we were asleep and didn't hear them knock. Quite late In the evening they were banging around still cleaning. The rooms weren't very noise proof as we could hear every conversation from down the corridor. But regardless from this we would most definitely stay for a short break! Not sure we would stay there during the summer for a longer relaxing holiday.

Personale davvero gentile e disponibile

A mio modo avevo prenotato un hotel 4 stelle che di 4 stelle non so cosa abbia. La mia camera (executive) non la trovo in alcuna foto su Booking ed era con mobili fatiscenti e le porte che stavano perdendo la pellicola. Per accedere si deve scendere di un piano sotto il livello della strada tramite delle scale e senza ascensore. Con valigie grandi e passeggino è un’impresa, per fortuna il ragazzo della reception mi è venuto in soccorso aiutandomi con il passeggino dato che mio figlio stava dormendo e non avrei saputo come fare. Immaginate chi è in carrozzina. Come dovrebbe fare? Avevamo chiesto una culla sia in fase di prenotazione e sia tramite messaggi con la struttura ed era stata confermata ma al nostro arrivo (nonostante lo avessi ancora ricordato in fase di check-in e che mi fosse confermata la presenza) della culla non c’era traccia. Dopo averla chiesta tramite telefonata alla reception mi era stato detto di poterla avere il giorno successivo. Dove avrebbe dovuto dormire mio figlio di 1 anno e mezzo? Dopo essere stati insistenti ce l’hanno portata in camera la stessa sera. Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di capodanno e poco prima di uscire per il cenone, durante il bagno del bambino, l’acqua è venuta a mancare facendolo rimanere insaponato. Ci sono voluti 3/4 d’ora per farla ritornare con conseguente stress per riuscire ad arrivare in tempo al ristorante dato che dovevamo tutti fare la doccia dopo una giornata in giro per Malta. Colazione pessima, il pane era congelato all’interno, i cornetti sembravano finti e la maggior parte delle cose erano confezionate.

La posizione ottima, tutto collegato molto bene a piedi. Tutto molto pulito, staff accogliente.

Sinceramente non ho nessuna lamentela. Sono molto soddisfatta del servizio.
