Distance: It is about 3km from the Golden Temple and that's where all the good things about the hotel end. I would rather choose some other hotel a bit further away but better service. Breakfast: The staff at the breakfast area was courteous and food was decent.

Check-in: The staff was ill-equipped to handle weekend crowd. The lady at the front desk cringed to my face when my 2 yr old was shouting at the top of his voice. She had the cheek to tell me to take the kid somewhere else while taking more than 15 mins to have me checked in and allot me a room!.. There was no welcome drink. I had driven 5 hours to reach the hotel, which didn't really matter to the lady at the check-in. The room allotted first had issues with the bathroom. I had to go back down to the front desk to get the room changed. I was then asked to accompany the potter transferring the luggage to a new room. This is not a toddler friendly hotel. We were given only one set of key which meant we could not take the elevator until both me and wife were moving together. Breakfast: There was a waiting of 20 odd guests at around 9:30 a:m. Just wasnt pleasant. Room: Room was small and not worth the money.

General service and rooms were great.

Service for suitcase collection should be quicker. Check-out service should be swifter and reception should not allow other guests to jump the queue whilst being attended to. This comes across as very unprofessional.

Our room was lovely and the overall facilities really good.

One point that let the hotel down was the restaurant. We dined there in the evening and had breakfast. On both occasions it was chaotic. Service was really bad as we did not get our full order. there was no seating at breakfast and we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated outside, which we were happy with. Again service was chaotic with us not receiving our order. This really need to be addresses.

Location next to mall. The property itself & the food was really good. Responses to online messages was great.

The room was a little small to accommodate 3 adults. Room housekeeping left some to be desired. Front desk/reservations left some to be desired. One person didnt seem to know what was committed /communicated b y the other - not sure what purpose their computer system served here.

Location is very convenient. Just enough close to Golden Temple to stay away from crowd.

Shower stall needs either a threshold or a door to keep water in, and not wet the bathroom floor.
