Location and facilities met our expectations and we were located right next to the pool

Patrick and Julie are exceptional hosts and their property is perfect for a family stay. Our apartment was much bigger than expected and beautifully appointed. Patrick is always on hand to offer you friendly advice or free access to things like beach toys, fishing rods and kayaks. The pool is lovely and everything in the gardens beautifully maintained. We loved the location too, super short walk from the main beach, but nice to be that little bit out of town and away from some of the school holilday madness. Bus stops right outside and easy walking to main street, river and beaches. We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you Patrick and Julie for your warm hospitality.

The location is a short walk from shops and the beach. There was good off street parking and was apartment was clean and spacious. The manger was considerate.

The road noise from the main road kept us awake as there is no noise insulation in the front room. The light bulbs in many of the rooms are harsh daylight colored which was not relaxing (4000k). As it rained for the last few days we chose to go home a day early.
