Very nice view from the balcony, good location. I also really liked the staff, very pleasant employees.

Unfortunately, during the week we were cleaned only once and the linen was changed once. Also, on the day of the eviction, they called me and said they couldn't find a coffee machine. But there wasn't even a coffee machine when we moved in. It was not pleasant.

The view was amazing, having breakfast on the terrace was perfect. The owner was really nice and helpful and I totally forgot to thank her for all the tips she gave us, but it actually helped a lot to get around Crete. I liked the little breakfast pack too.

It's better to have a rental car here, we just stayed for a night as we wanted to be close to the beach. But with a rental car this would also be perfect.

The place offers a wonderful view over the city of Chania, and the sunsets and sunrises, seen from the balcony towards the Venetian port, are remarkable photographic experiences. I liked the clean and cosy room, but also the way the hotel is organized. The Assistant Hotel Manager is a dedicated and full of solicitude person, ready at every moment to offer you the best advice, a real help for planning successful holidays.

It was all around great. It exceeded expectations compared to the price. Host is nice and friendly.

Everything went well from the very beginning. The place is in amazing, up-the-hill location. Not really far from the old town either by car or on foot. Exquisite decor, I really enjoyed the art all around and the atmosphere (quiet, tranquil). The lady who works at the reception is exceptional, polite and very helpful. As I entered the room I could see and feel the level of care by how nice, clean and comfortable the room looked, the room is also spacious with a lovely balcony and stunning view to the ocean. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

Everything was so nice that I feel bad talking about the shower. A bit too small but very good and clean. Apart from it, which was not really an issue, all spectacular, but I feel like I should justify the 9 I gave at the beginning.

Great location with amazing views from the sea facing rooms. Host was very friendly and gave us advice about local area and restaurants. We found it an excellent base to explore Chania region.

A city hotel that exceeded my expectations. Manolis' heartwarming welcome made me feel at home right from the start. He gladly gave me information about the area and places to visit, tips that cannot be found in travel guides. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, romantic furniture and all amenities you might need. And the view..... The view from the balcony was equal to a carte postale; amazing! All in all, a great hotel run by professionals that are bound to deliver more than expected! Well done!
