The hotel is definitely comfortable, having everything you need, if you're not looking for luxury. The interior is very pleasing. The parking is just great! The hotel is close to a bus stop, which gives you 5-10 min to the main tourist attractions of the city.

The room had many spider webs, that weren't cleaned. It was dusty in the corners as well. We were waken in the morning by air-conditioning technicians, which, I guess was a one-time thing, but being with my family I found it unpleasant.

Accommodation was clean, sufficient, accordingly to price. No expectations, no surprises. :) I can recommend to guests looking for simple, clean hotel.

We wanted to order breakfast for next morning but we were said that hotel is full and it was too late. OK.. I would expect any information about latest time of ordering.

I don't know where to begin with this place that pretends to be a hotel. It is well designed and very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds, but that is all you will get. It's advertised as having a bar and restaurant, although they exist as rooms they are closed and unavailable for guests, breakfast is served for only one hour between 7.30 and 8.30 and you have to book the day before. It is no more than a motel. After 14 of us rode 350 miles to get here to discover that there is no customer service, just a receptionist who gives you a key, and that's it. It was a boiling day and the hotel offered no bottled water anywhere in the hotel, not even in the rooms, which have no fridge or mini bar. Will never stay here again and would highly suggest that you dont

Our car was locked in the underground parking during day of leave. RFID cards were disabled and we could not open gate of parking and vome back to the hoter to search for personnel. There was literally no one in the hotel and we could not reach even by phone. We were worried that we can miss the flight but after half an hour accidentally there cam some.lady and helped us to open the garage gate In 2 rooms where we have stayed sinks were jammed. TV were showing just Slovak channels.

Everything in the description found in the room was missleading, exactly like the google location of the hotel: the ”nearby” restaurant, the breakfast time (ended at 8:30 instead of 10:00 !!!). Multiple errors using the card for payment, so I had to pay cash.

pillows were tired and breakfast was offered only short time early in morning. we were travelling together with my brother… and we had to ask second card (first the receptionist gave us on card)to get in the hotel- all the access’s were with the card only, eaven to go down to reception 0 floor! also we were late with our check out only about max 4 min! and we were could not to leave our floor!! our key card did not work, no opportunity to leave eaven to ground floor where is the reception. after second long call they answer and one guy who was doing some construction works in hotel was sent to “save” us out. this access card situation felt us feel really unsecured in case of real emergency… otherwise was all ok

Unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement in this hotel. It needs more attention to cleanliness and to maintenance. Especially visible in bathroom. The recliner sofa in our apartment was horrible, dirty and squeaking so badly that we almost got no sleep in 2 days. The only option was not to move all night since it was so bad it would even wake up our kids in the next room.

The garage is convenient, and the rooms are quite spacious.

Well, let's start with charging us 20 EUR per dog per night. We had 3 dogs, 2 small ones and one poodle - none of them sheds, and they all sleep in their crates, so basically no extra cleaning is required after them. So we paid 280 EUR extra only to have those 3 animals with us. Which would not be even a problem as they used this money to do extra cleaning every day like they explained to us. The room was NEVER CLEANED in those 5 days/ 4 nights. I think it is unacceptable for any hotel, but especially if you charge 260 EUR for this extra cleaning because of the dogs.

The room was clean and comfortable. Despite it being New Years Eve, the property was well priced compared to other property listings. Location isn't in the city centre but that is reflected in the price, however it's still quite accessible to the centre within 20 mins by taking the local 80 bus, 40 mins by walking, or 5 mins by taxi.

The reception staff are unhelpful & rude (as many others reviews also mention). Upon checking-in on day 1 of our 2 day stay, we were advised that we had to pay extra as the double room which we had already pre-paid for on booking.com was not available. After some discussion the hotel agreed to "upgrade" us without charge aligned to what we had already booked & paid for. On day 2 we returned in the evening to the hotel to find that our key card was deactivated with no access to our room or belongings. Further discussions ensued with the reception staff who was once again demanding payment for the "upgraded" room which they had previously agreed to give us the day before ... she was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to listen to help resolve this issue. Finally after much discussion she accepted that this was the fault of the hotel, but this experience left a bad taste in our mouth for the remainder of our stay.
