Workout facility is great. Machines are a little worn but the machine variety is better than I've seen in 95% of places I've stayed. I liked the spacious room and bathroom and convenient location close to restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Restaurant/bar/front desk/spa staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful

Sheets/pillowcases/blanket smelled soiled and sweaty - covered the pillow with the bathroom towel to mask the unpleasant scent...

It was a great place for my driver. It was extremely important for me so he could have a rest effectively to drive us to Lviv. Thank you very much for such perfect conditions!!!

Breakfast could be better. To much fried. Good to have more vegetables.

Even in the horror time of war , you will always be welcomed with smile in the lobby of Aurora hotel in Krivoy Rog. This fine establishment did the best efforts to make my surprising visit in the town , while the invaders were about 50 kilometres away. As always i enjoyed the comfortable rooms , the friendly attitude of the workers and the fabulous breakfast. I hope that peace will return to Ukraine soon and meanwhile I send my best wishes and deep gratitude to the good people who stands in the Aurora front. God bless you.
