The updated rooms are gorgeous! We’ve stayed here a few times and whilst the original rooms were very comfortable and clean, the renovations are great! The staff (the kind gentleman at reception) is very friendly and always happy to help.

Room was nicely renovated, and had great access to power points throughout the room.

1) The bathroom sink was not draining, you couldn't even brush your teeth without it blocking up full of water. 2) The bathroom needs to have a toilet brush, which was lacking in our room. 3) The gap under the front door was at least 2cm which was letting alot of cold air in and bugs. Install a door flap extender to the outside of the door, so when the door closes the flap comes down and seals against the tiled doorway.

As genius members of booking.com we booked 2 months plus ago. We were put upstairs & closest to the road. We feel that the motel did not look after us with the appropriate room.

Disappointed to find that the room was not at all like the photos provided on booking.com. The room had a very distinct old smell, which was accompanied by the fixed furniture and outdated bathroom. All of which I wouldn’t have minded as much if I hadn’t been expecting an updated room which is why I chose to book this hotel online over others in town.

The photos shown of the room aren’t reflecting the room we had, if it did, I would have never booked this property!!! The carpet was beyond filthy and seemed that it was 30 years old! Quite clearly some rooms are renovated and others aren’t! The pictures posted are definitely NOT the room we were given!!! We will never stay at this property again! This is what I called false advertising!!!

The Location was excellent, very central

I really don't like shower curtains! I don't feel like they are cleanly.

The room was spacious and up to date; the bed was large and very comfortable, and we had a very sound sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was easy, and the location is conveniently close to town.

The kitchenette sink is poorly located as water is easy splashed onto electronics on the adjoining desk.

Easy walk into town, nice park nearby & places to eat
