The location was amazing and Cristiano in charge of the property was exceptional. Our luggage went missing at the airport and Cristiano helped us retrieve it by offering to drop it at another location and liaising with the courier for us due to the language barrier.

Wonderful convenient location, great view. Spotlessly clean and great communication and friendly service from the staff.
Beds and pillows a little too hard for our liking but that’s just preference.

In the heart of Sermione, you can't ask for a better location. Parking was effortless, and the transfer from the parking to the old city, where the room is located, was well organised. No need to drag your luggage through the old city. The room has everything you need for self-catering, but there are also many great restaurants right outside the door. Spacious and comfortable room.
If you are going to sleep with open windows, you may be woken up early when the city comes to life.

Location - proximity to the port
Air con broken so extremely hot and noisy as we had to keep windows open over noisy square. Unfortunately the owners couldn’t get It repaired which was a shame - experience would have been more positive.
