Nothing to like about this place! Stay away I had to buy a tent and go camp it was that disgusting!

The place smelt like cat urine. The room hadn’t been changed since the last person left. Bed unmade used towel on the floor.

Location was close to the beach bridge and supermarket.

There was confusion with the booking .There wasn't a welcome pack of dish detergent, dish cloth and tea and coffee. Towels were provided on request, the beds were comfortable but were not made with top sheets.

Shower was just warm enough without using any cold water, the water temperature needs to be turned up.

Communication was ok via online although there was no one at site. Still waiting on a refund for overcharge though.

The shower and bathroom was unclean with hair from previous users. The place hadn't been dusted well. The cupboard in the kitchen had direct shelves and the sink tap was held on with silicone

Individual little cottage, an old/original holiday house that’s many years old and a bit ruggard! set amongst trees, quiet and with a little grassed sitting area between cottages. I was a little sad to leave there as It was back from the main road and in a quieter part of the town.

this is 2-bedroom cottage, the shower facilities are not bad.

The bed linen are not clean. Windows can’t be closed properly, so you can feel cold during the night. No aircon in bedroom, only one in living room.

The smell, it was absolutely terrible. The whole place could do with a make over. Also take those fryers out that wouldn't help with the smell.

It was not clean. No tissue rolls, No kettle, Handwash was just water filled, there were two broken kettles

Location great walking distance from every thing. The host extremely pleasant and friendly. Great place for kids and pets. Could do with an update.

The place needs a really good clean. The showers were a bit dirty. There were lots of cobwebs and spiders. A good paint job would really improve the place.

Nothing . this place is really bad , Booking .com should inspect these places before they list them ,I thought I had seen all the worse places to stay ,but after seeing Kick Back I am sure there must be more . All standards have been scrubbed here.

Everything the place would not pass a health inspection . there were insects crawling up the walls, across the floors ,Millpedes } and spiders , the place smelled of dampness ,we stuck it out for the [7] seven days as there would be no refund .We were glad when it was time to go home. Kick Back never again . We had to change cottages as the hot water system broke down Ihad to shower in another vacant cottage .then we got moved to another cottage which was a bit better ,we stayed there for the duration of our stay .

The location seemed reasonable although a little off the main strip for Lakes Entrance. The property was straightforward to find.

The place was not clean. There was dirty food in the sink, the kitchen area smelt like fish and there was hair (possibly pet hair) on the sheets in the main bedroom. We decided to stay somewhere else (as the proprietors were unavailable to discuss the situation). We have requested a refund but the proprietors have ignored our request and have not responded to messages.

Good location for a break on the way back to Melbourne from Merimbula.

We were frustrated that the advertised 'pet friendly' price did not include $25/night/dog extra. This advice was in a confirming text but buried way down amongst other information. Had we known of the extra $100 cost at the time of booking Booking.com we would not have made the booking. You need to lift your game on this Booking.com as we have never struck this ‘extra’ charge when making ‘pet friendly’ bookings. I should add we advised 2 adults and 2 small dogs when searching for the accommodation. Also the grounds and gardens are overun and in need of maintenance.

just dirty bed , table , bathroom had such bad mould on the floors that the floors had begun to curl up - had nothing , no toiletries, no tea coffee, tv didn’t work
