Beachfront and can swim in the ocean. Location ok
I tried to cancel one night through property manager and told to go to bookings.com. Tried to but they told me to go to bookings.com. Given the run around. The deal was partial cancellation and I gave 4 days notice but no one got back to me. Tried to organise snorkelling and prices were conflicting. Tried to get washing done and was told to look outside hotel as staff sent me in the wrong location. Food ok. Would stay again but only for a few nights.

We arrived very early to the resort and the staff we’re extremely accommodating. We were able to use all the facilities till are room was available.
Eni and Di were amazing 🙏🏼
The location is right on the beach and is in walking distance to everything, activities, restaurants etc.
And huge bonus having the day spa in the resort. My sister and I would like to say thank you to all the staff who made a stay magnificent 🙏🏼

Great location
Small bar fridge on the floor
Hard for older people to reach down to get anything out
Larger fridge would be great
Fridge low to the ground
Needs to be raised up off the ground
And larger very small

Pool and the Garden
Big room
Bedbugs
cockroaches in the room
Dirty sheets and pillows, yellow marks on pillow covers and bad smell
Dirty bathroom and sink
Room service woke me up in the morning to clean up and waited till I go out , no respect for the guest and no “do not disturb “ sign available to put out

"Direkt am Strand, baden gut möglich, schnorcheln 20 min. Am Strand entlang nach rechts laufen.
Schöne grosse Bungalows, grosser Garten, vor unserem Bungalow (Meerblick) leider eine grosse ungepflegt..."
