Hotel is well situated in Monterosso in a very quiet street but very close to restaurants and the beach about an 8 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast is great with a man excellent choice, fantastic table of sweets stuff and cakes. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Lovely wee bar and you can take your drinks to the 4th floor gardens.

I could hear lots of noise coming from outside and the rooms close to mine.

Great location, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast. The terraces which was over 5 levels was lovely and had an amazing view. Highly recommend a stay as Monterosso in our opinion was the pick of the cinque Terre towns.

Great location, minutes away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and Sentiero Azurro trailhead; excellent breakfast, very comfortable room, friendly personnel.

Nothing I can think of. It was a loud crowd and music somewhere nearby at night, but with windows closed I was fine.

Proximity to everything was great. Their outdoor garden area was fantastic - good views and very peaceful.

Had an issue with no hot water one morning but that was resolved quickly for us.

The hotel is needing a lot of money spent on it as it’s all very dated and very basic, I feel it was very overpriced for the how basic the room was. The hotel was fully booked so they should be spending money on the hotel and bringing it up to date!

Great location in old town

As a solo traveler I opt to stay in hotels over Airbnb or hostels for the concierge service. I didn’t speak the language and had difficulty navigating the bus ticket website. I asked the staff for help ordering a bus ticket for my excursion the next morning. The lady at the front desk not only refused, she was rude and exclaimed she wasn’t comfortable. I tried to explain my dilemma and asked if she would help me with translation and she just shrugged me off and said she was too busy. I was left feeling isolated and confused.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast had a nice spread to it (cereal, eggs, bacon, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee machine, etc), and was a comfortable distance to the town, its resturaunts, and the beach. With the lift being close to the front, if you have luggage, it makes it really convenient. A huge plus is the "garden" on the 4th floor; great view of the sea, town, and scenic landscape surroundings.

The room we had was a little small, the balcony looked over to the neighbors, and the sink had only hot, hot water. The bed was sub par but the a/c was ice cold. Parking was a little confusing, not a guarantee, and way too expensive.

The location was fabulous. Also, there was a very nice breakfast buffet.

The room was very small and not well lit, and the bathroom was tiny as well. The patio had no view and was dirty. I had asked in advance if we could store our luggage at the hotel for several days while we hiked to the other villages and was told yes, but when we were preparing to leave on the first day of our hike we were told that luggage could only be stored for a day. The manager finally grudgingly agreed to let us leave it.

The garden was an unexpected bonus, it was utterly beautiful and the view of the town and sea spectacular. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. A nice, clean and cozy hotel!

everything it was perfect. great bed and room, airconditioning, breakfast and not baby stairs. in the old city just a few minutes from the cathetdral. 1 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants but bins side st so super Quiet. amazing rooftop garden that has 5 levels and seating areas.

Had a good overall stay, the room was small at first but Nadia was helpful, found a more spacious room for me, only bathroom bit small but from what I heard, Cinque Terre has limited space to cater tourists, so its fine, amazing breakfast, so much choice and something new everyday, the hotel i just few minutes walk to train station so next stop Vernazza is few minutes ride Also theres a lovely garden on 4th floor, balcony with a terrace and sea view for all customers, in case you get hotel back view, I'd love to stay here again

The rooftop garden is stunning and the breakfast is exceptional considering it’s included with the room fee. Great location also.
