the room was small but ideal for the two of us for a short stay, the broom was quiet the bed was a little harder than my bed at home but comfortable, breakfast was yogurt weatbix corn flakes, toast, and coffee ,you just walked in to the breakfast restaurant put your name in the book and pay latter ,a great way, if you wanted a Hot breakfast they send out for this,For us it was a good short stay, plenty to do, if you are with children cristal mountain is not far away.
as far as we are concerned it was a very good starlike we wanted extra pillows so i rang reception and they were brought up and they were free were we stayed there was a pub that served dinners very reasonable and great staff

Excellent staff and was an easy check in/out process. Room was nice and tidy - perfect for a one night stay!
Good location and the local pub had great food and easy to access the hotel.
A little bit noisy could hear other rooms tv's. Also had a weird noise early in the morning sounded like a machine or something but nothing terrible!
Beds could use extra pillows :)

The room and bathroom were adequate for our needs. The continental breakfast is great value and a good start to our day.
The pillows are terrible. I asked reception for another pillow
