The location was great. On the main street and a short walk to the beach with all the attractions along the way. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

The main reason for giving this hotel such praise was the bed. Probably the best bed that I have slept on in Thailand. Most are too hard!!!!. The rest of the room was great too!.

good location, right in the centre of Patong area. always friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms.

property itself is a bit old, while rooms still looking OK but ideally to make a renewal repair. no swimming pool. key cards gets disconnected quite often, they don’t get fixed well in a wall mounted card holder. no general room light, only smaller lights around the room.

AC is very good and water was hot for showers. Location is right next to Patong beach. Price is extremely good for the location.

Rooms are not that nice. There is no soundproofing on the doors so you can hear your nieghbors coming in and out of their rooms. Windows are not soundproofed enough while being on a party street. Make sure you take the room on the side not facing the nightclub. Staff had poor english skills and were not helpful. Room service is not automatic and must be requested every day.
