Location

The pool wasn’t quite like the photos! More of a pond…

Beautiful little hotel a few streets from the main street. It's clean and comfortable and should meet the expectations of most travelers. Has a little cafe in the lobby for lunch and dinner if you don't feel like venturing out. There are a few little bars and cafes just down from the hotel that can get quite busy. You can get a cab/taxi/uber/bolt to take you to the front door but if you're walking (which is doable) there are quite a few stairs to climb. Typical Lisbon backstreet that you should be aware of, narrow and cobblestone. Great staff too! Overall enjoyed my 2 nights there and was not disappointed.

Not the fault of the hotel but the noise at night from the revelers at the bars on the street can be heard from our 3rd floor room. Didn't bother me but could affect light sleepers.

Abbiamo avuto una bella sperienzza! Lo staf è molto educato ed efficiente. L’hotel si trova in un punto strategico. Si puo arrivare tranquillamente in metro dall’aeroporto prendendo la linea rossa e poi la giala. Molto pulito… il letto è bello accogliente. Le foto condiz con quello che si prenota. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Lo consiglio!

pool was at a different property

wifi was non operable, staff weren't helpful in solving the problem. 2 separate buildings, not 1, and both had no wifi.

The breakfast made and served by Marcella was exceptional.

There was nothing to dislike!

This hotel was in an ideal location with so much in walking distance. The neighborhood has no end in restaurants to choose from. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly! The rooms are a good size and clean.

The staff went out of their way on every detail. It was clean, quaint, charming, and in a great location. The restaurant associated with it was an unbelievable experience. I will go back again!

The pool was in another building. However, you are in Old Town Lisbon. It's pretty good they had a pool.
