We turned up at 2am and they were so understanding. The room was excellent, bed and bed comfy. The hotel is gorgeous and honestly the BEST breakfast we have ever had EVER! It’s such a lovely place. I really wish we had had the opportunity to have an evening meal there as I heard they were equally as brilliant - next time :)

We stay here regularly, it’s a good price, parking is ample, we are always greeted with a friendly face and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is always good and the food available in the evenings is also nice. It isn’t a five star spa hotel but if you need a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and good service the Angel is perfect
There isn’t anything we don’t like

The location was good and the breakfast was lovely.
We stayed in the annex building and the room was very tired and dated. Bathroom needed lots of work.
