Friendly staff, clean, good location.
1. Next door was noisy until 1:00AM, not sure if we can ask someone from Mantra can help. 2. Stayed for 3 nights, not sure if we can ask someone to change the towers. 3. 4 days 3 nights, we only had 2 dishwasher detergent bags.

First trip to Nelson’s bay and loved it, the mantra looked after us, we had a 3 bedroom and it was massive, nice pool and close to everything. Staff were first class.
If I had to say it would be beds were a bit too hard!!

The rooms were spacious, the check in and check out easy. Great location.
The spa was out of action and the pool was far too deep for children that couldn't swim. The king bed was two singles pushed together but not designed for this as there was a big gap in the middle making it very uncomfortable
