Great location - only walk down the street to Playa Grande which is the one we ended up going every day, as big enough and you can always find a pair of sun loungers at any time of day Beautiful big balcony - only enjoyed it in early morning and evening as it was too hot during day Resort and restaurant staff - amazing hard working people from dusk till dawn, don't speak loads of English but always smile and greet (turnover on tables in cantina is crazy fast, probably cause food is simple and you are done eating fast). Ask anything you need on reception it will be done asap Cleanness - no litter anywhere, all areas kept very clean

Pool area - too enclosed and smaller than it looks on photos so you are pretty much staring at each other plus people from the near by balconies, if you're not like other pool queuers and want sun don't be lazy just walk down to beach it's much much nicer. Avoid pool bar as nothing to offer drinks wise and you have 3-4 small cozy pubs alongside hotel street Food - now don't expect anything extravagant cause it is a type of food to fill up your belly rather than fine dining, we were there for 10 days and we used our half board for breakfast (every morning, always the same things on, no vegan/vegetarian options, only soya milk, but provides you with a good start for the day ahead) and dinner (wasn't impressed to be honest, lot more meat dishes than veggie, some defrosted green beans and cauliflower, soups were very good though, but managed to combine, and we were only eating there every other night, the rest was dinning in restaurants outside). If you are not a foodie you will find something for yourself but don't complain about the variety as it is a 2 star resort and with such a richness of restaurants on esplanade its crazy to sit in there every night. Honestly don't think all inclusive is worth it. Rooms spacious, but missing some TLC with need of modernisation, slight sewage smell in bathroom can be felt in the early morning, we let my partners mom had a bedroom so we were sleeping in lounge on 2 sofa bed hard matts, not so bad as we firstly thought but it was the loudest cooling noise from kitchen fridge that you couldn't ignore at nights, sliding doors had slight crack in rubber so when it was windy you could still hear howling and whistle of wind with closed doors 😆. But somehow had great sleeps. Even without AC.

Lovely and clean, pool area was a bit small but was nice. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

Breakfast was a good combination of European selections. Lunch was sometimes a strange selection. Evening meals were slightly better.

There was a large group of school children staying and often the pool bar and swimming pool were overrun and became a playground.

Well maintained clean apartments in the center of PDC, the room had everything I needed.

Apartments were located in good location close to all amenities, rooms were a good size and fresh and clean. Food was reasonable with an adequate choice to suit most tastes, staff were friendly and approachable when required.

Pool area could do with some more sunbed parasols. Always a queue waiting for the pool to open to place towels on sunbeds with parasols. Pool bar was fine but some evening entertainment would have been appreciated.

The reception staff were excellent and so accommodating we had an issue with the room, it had a double bed and not 2 singles, this couldn't be changed so they changed our room, no problem The location is spot on, all the staff are lovely and friendly The bar team are all wonderful and do a brilliant job :) All the staff are an asset to the hotel

The meat & cheeses that are out for breakfast would be good if they were also available at lunch because sometimes you don't want a cooked meal, a sandwich or cold meat salad would be nice Also towels in the courtesy room or advise that there isn't going to be any when you book the room so you can either brings one from your room or make sure you have your own

our room had an infestation of cockroaches and in the end we had to move rooms ants in room and then descovered that our hall door key opened about another 5 rooms and same with other people’s keys not secure and heard there had been a few break ins food wasn’t great but if you liked fish you where grand

Room cleaning was bad. Leaving particles of dirt on the floor. Over all it was our 3rd time but we are not coming back. Price to value now is extremely low. The place cost now is like a 4-5 star hotel and the services are for 2* stars. Rude reception guys who did it help, always had to come down to ask for things twice or triple. Also refer you to qr code in the room for all info and the link from doesn't work. Horrible sunbeds, feel like 1 dollar sale staff, hard to lay or sit because of how it made. Very uncomfortable pillows, it was hard to get used u. And the list may continue on .... Don't come here, try other place.

the apartments are in a superb location and all the facilities are excellent, at breakfast lunch and dinner there was a varied choice of food and something to suit everyone's taste. The food was hot and well presented and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area was spotless and the choice of drinks at the pool bar was excellent great cocktails and the staff were very friendly and pleasant.

If I have a criticism it probably is that they could perhaps do with some form of entertainment in the bar in the evening time I understand the they are so close to the Avienda del Playas (the strip) and a number of bars with music within stones through that possibly they feel there is no requirement for entertainment but sometimes it is nice just to stay in your own complex and chill as opposed to having to go out every night but this is a really small criticism and maybe just a personal choice on the whole I think Ereza Los Hibicos is a great accommodation with good food and lovely warm pool and very clean pool area and I would return in a heartbeat.

Staff extremely helpful and kind across all levels and job descriptions. Could not fault the upbeat pleasant manner from the front desk to house keeping. Property was spotless and location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again even if the food was 5/10 .

Window in bedroom opening onto corridor where anyone could hop in (( this happens unfortunately )) . Some kind of bars need to be put on windows so nobody can enter - no security in building so this needs to be addressed so people can have piece of mind. Safe is tiny and too small to fit everything in it especially electronic tablets etc .. No aircon so to open window would be ideal and make a massive difference to circulate fresh air throughout the room. Breakfast great but dinner not great so I ate out alot. It is off season so relax the pool rules of opening at 9am - this was silly ! Why a popular property needs to outsource WiFi in 2022 is beyond me @ €5 a day with no guarantee of working is beyond bizarre.

it was extremely loud. they clean the rooms every two days which is fine just something unusual. the worst part was that wifi was extra charge that doesn’t work. The rooms don’t have AC so it is extremely warm and the window from the room goes out to corridor so not even possible to open it

The location was perfect for the strip, rooms were clean and large, good size balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Only ate breakfast there, food and choice were good, only a small restaurant i would imagine it can get busy in the evenings and during July/august time, but I didnt have a problem.

Guests queuing up for sunbeds and a mad rush to get one under the umbrella, noticed towels were left there all day without a guest in sight. Feel something the hotel should address this and remove towels if the sunbed has not been used for an hour. I always managed to get a sunbed, didnt bother me about an umbrella thankfully.
