An excellent breakfast good bar area etc
There is a lot of TLC needed for the property , windows were in need of cleaning window boxes with dead flowers , porch and outdoor sitting area to the front need attention weeds , and jet washing the front , seating is begining to rot , it just doesn't add to the appeal of what is truly good about this place

Its location. It’s at the centre of Betws y Coed
The old victorian design of the building.
We honestly like it except for the height og the bed. We never had issues staying in bunk beds in the past, but its height was just too low. You can’t even sit when you’re in the bottom bed. The upper bed will be literally in your face as aoon as you lie down.
Although, we like the shower facility, there was inly one toilet shared by everyone. But the positive side of it is it’s working properly.
