great location with beautiful view

sewage smell from bathroom annoyed me, sometime affected my sleep

Magnificent view, excellent location. The hosts were really friendly and nice. The room was very comfortable and the size was good for us.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the property well after midnight, the owner arranged to meet and greet us with our keys and helped us with our bags, also took time to explain everything and made sure we were happy with everything, the owner also came around in the morning to check everything was okay and again explained everything to us, She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, recommended places to see and eat, made table reservations, even helped us get something we left behind in one of the restaurant we visited. Our return flight was late in the evening, the owner gave us a room to change before the flight and arrange an airport taxi as well I really liked the personal service we received and will visit again, also recommend to friends and family

This is the BEST place to stay in Santorini: - absolutely insane and BEST views of the sunset on the whole island from a HUGE private balcony with shade umbrella, bougainvillea,, cherry tomatoes to pick - prime location away from crowds and traffic yet two minutes to minimarket and road access, 10 steps to main Fira to Oia walking route, opposite Skaros fortress, bars and restaurants close - lovely local family owned - all staff go out of their way to help out with anything - Spotless and xleaned inside and out everyday ~ sll amenities, great kitchen, two bathrooms, massive room plus living area, great WiFi - super comfy bed

Absolutely nothing. All I can think of is some people might want a pool - but what for?

The hosts are very nice and helpful! The room is lovely! The view is amazing! Highly recommend it. We stayed for 4 nights at Annio and loved our time staying here and actually felt sad when we were leaving.

It was off season so they did not turn on the jacuzzi but it is understandable

very accommodating staff that gave you individual attention when needed. they arranged our pickup for airport shuttle at 4:45 in the morning, and it was super easy. very friendly. hotel room was clean too.

The location is amazing, best view ever!! The owner Lady and her son Makis Increditble, they made feel like home. They helped me with everything I need for my flight back. I really appreciate all there help and care. They are Increditble great people!! Love them ❤️

We booked the small cave apartment but got upgraded to an apartment with private balcony. The view doesn't get better than at Annio Flats. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Room was well equiped and very clean - good Covid-precautions.

It has a 11 over 10. The staff, pool, the room and the views were awesome. Also the location was good. We selected it in for our honey moon, we recieved a lovely and special treat. We recomend it to everyone. It make you feel exclusive. Thank you very much again for everithing.

Wow! This apartment was incredible. It was so spacious, modern interior and the views are incredible (in our view the best views from Imerovigli). We found the other tourists were lining up to see the sunset near to the apartment, but we had our very own private area to view the sunset! The pool was small, but enough to cool down and relax in. You do need a pool in Imerovigli as it's very hot, and not close to the sea. The apartment itself was incredibly romantic. The balcony is huge! The staff were exceptional: they cleaned our apartment and jacuzzi pool every day, they arranged a car for us and they brought our suitcases up and down the steep steps for us too.

I think for the price we paid, it would have been good to have breakfast included. I realise it's a self-catering apartment, but I do think breakfast or some morning pastries would have been a nice touch.

The location looking out over the Caldera is stunning. The staff were extremely attentive, and the facilities were kept immaculately clean each day.

The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay in the apartment on the top floor with large terrace and pool. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner is quiet and we slept very well. Bus station to Fira is close by.

Rather pricey, they could have provided at least some shower gel and shampoo. Same price for the shuttle service from port to accommodation as for a taxi.
