great balcony and great location

Breakfast n/a. Location was 8 min away from the hustle and bustle. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

Didn't have cleaning service every day. It took a few days to have something fix that stop working.

The size and layout of the room was big and the receptionist spoke English and was very welcoming.

When we got back to the room after a long day there was no hot water for a shower. We were cold from being on a scooter in a rain storm. The water in the bathroom sink did not go down and we had used toothpaste swirling in the sink for hours. The toilet leaked and there was water from the toilet on the bathroom floor which is disgusting. We got a room with 2 single beds, and one of the beds had no padding whatsoever and you could feel every spring in the mattress, very uncomfortable! We booked for 3 nights and left after the first night. The management was kind enough to refund us 2 nights accommodation!

We didnt have the breakfast, however the breakfast location looked really nice. We had the suite, which was really big and spacy and has a kitchen and two bathrooms, which was super good for us. We were able to rent motorbikes at the reception at a reasonable price.

The only thing which could be improved is that the staff is not really speaking English. Unfortunately thats almost normal in Thailand, so not a special bad point, but if you want to discuss something you need to prepared to use google translate.

Staff were extremely lovely and helpful :-)

We arrived in the evening and only stayed the night before traveling early morning, so we didn't have much time to experience the property to its fullest, but the room was clean, the facilities were good and the view was nice.

Had to leave the keys on the reception counter because there wasn't anyone there for early (7h30am) check out.
