The room was magnificent. The view was more than we expected. Breakfast was on point; it was just a pity we arrived late, and I couldn't get seconds. I am glad there was a lift where we stayed because we had a leg session the night before and we were in pain.

I received the requested room that had ocean view. And the hotel is beautiful, very tastefully decorated.

No early check in, I arrived around 10H30 in the hotel because that was the flight I could get and land to be able to join the meeting. I would have appreciated the opportunity for an early check in even if I were to pay for it. The posture and attitude of the reception staff was very unwelcoming. In a condiscending manner, she asked me if I was checking out then I was offered the business area which is just a chair. We all have to be checked in at 14H00 resulting in snake que as if we are home affairs. This to me was unnecessary and unprofessional. The front desk staff should be trained to be customer centric. And one of those would have been to check us who were there early as soon as the rooms are ready

I liked the view and how the place was not crowded. I loved how clean it was.

I didn’t like the fact that I was promised that the staff would come and change my bed from 2 single beds to a double but they didn’t. My partner and I had to use one bed for the rest of the stay🙄😭😭

The corridors and hallways smell musty. The windows in the corridors don’t open. I think it’s time to change that carpet throughout the hotel. The had a queen suite which was also very musty. The bathroom extractors weren’t working so I think that contributes overall to the mustiness of the place. The couches were musty. You couldn’t sit in the living room without holding your breathe and opening the balcony door. Which is unfortunate because it was cold and rainy.
