Cleanliness, comfort and quality of our room, although rooms may vary. Very pleasant, helpful staff.
Tasty breakfast and other meal options.
Convenient for Gloucester Road, with parking and on bus route.
That, sadly, some breakfast options not available when we were there.

The evening meal was nice; expensive and the wine choices could do with work. Staff serving were helpful.
Breakfast offered from 8 am; locked out of the building until 0830; leaving us no time to eat. Shambolic apology that "someone overslept"; resulting in the whole breakfast service falling apart. Check in casual/ flimsy and check-out non-existent (left keys on the bar).

"The location, although outside the city center, is very convenient. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, making it easy and practical to reach the city center while avoiding the Clean A..."
