Staff including Isaak and Mamdany in housekeeping, Mohammed, Aadel and Said in catering were creative, helpful, smiling and friendly, I can go back only for them, they made my stay

No WI-Fi in the room with weak internet even in the main reception, that cost me a lot to hire a taxi and buy a portable wi-if dongle to attend an online conference. Receptionist was not saying the truth about it but told me that he will send the engineer that never happened. Mr Michael was very considerate and professional understanding my concern.

The hotel was really nice, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Chefs Adel and Mokhtar, along with Mohammed Idris and Saied Fanous the restaurant managers, were all very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank Carlos from housekeeping for his great work, kindness, and attention to detail. They always made me feel welcome and comfortable, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay.

no professionalism' lift didn't work slippery everywhere rooms are old and it smells of drains everywhere to noisy music blaring out till 12 midnight can't sleep the mini bus beeps all night long and all day food was no good repetitive no GF FOOD
