Hotel Martino Ai Monti

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Martino ai Monti and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to Termini Station, the Colosseum, and many of Rome’s main attractions. At the same time, the hotel is situated on a quieter street, making it a peaceful place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, which makes exploring the neighborhood very convenient. We also appreciated the smooth and straightforward self-check-in process, which worked perfectly even when arriving later in the evening.The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the complimentary earplugs provided in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

I really liked the location, as it was central but not in the most crazy part of touristic Rome. Access to the room was in the end easier than I´d envisioned it, and the room size was great, not too small, as budget hotel rooms in big tourist cities often are.

It was within walking distance of Roma Termini and all major attractions.

There were 49 steps up to our room. Carrying luggage for what was in all a 2 1/2 weeks made it very difficult for a 76-year old couple. Definitely not the place for someone with mobility issues.
