The Poets Inn

It was very central and convenient to many places of interest and very close to the bus stop from the airport.

N/a

The location was excellent, very central and within easy walking distance of Porto’s main sights. The room and shared areas were also very clean.

The soundproofing was very poor, both between rooms and from the street, so it was quite noisy. There was also a noticeable smell of damp in the room, which was unpleasant. The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the shower was very small and rather old. Amenities were extremely limited — there wasn’t even basic soap or a bottle of water, just a towel. There is no lift and my room was on the third floor, and the bathroom was shared, although I was aware of both when I booked.

It was clean and bed was comfortable

We had to stand outside for nearly 2 hours trying to contact the property because we did not get the correct entry code and none of the phone numbers were working to contact them. The room was very small and cramped and the view was non existent
