Staff were friendly and welcoming, check in was easy, carparking was easy (although car park is a a maze but map helped), trolleys at lifts to get all luggage up in one trip, master bedroom and ensuite was large and comfortable, large lounge and huge balcony, pool and BBQ area was excellent. Great central location, walking distance to everything and just slightly away from the busy hustle and bustle of Surfers
Rooms a little dated and apartment was surface clean but could do with a deep clean (curtains in rooms and ceiling mould)

Excellent lay out. We enjoyed a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. With excellent AC, full sized kitchen, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer, outdoor deck over looking pool area. The gym equipment was practical and functional, with comfortable bedding. When we had an issue with one of the toilets it was quickly addressed by caring and responsive staff. The location was another bonus, with easy walking distance to the Surfers Paradise beach and a 7/11 conveninece store and short walk to both Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.
Carpets worn, but overall quality of furnishings and amenities was excellent

We loved the heated pool and spa. It’s was a good ending to a big day out
The beds were uncomfortable. Very lumpy and uneven. Some pillows were thin & soft while some were rock hard and thick
