La habitación estuvo disponible cuando llegamos, siempre estuvo muy limpio. La alberca está climatizada lo cual es muy bueno para los niños.

Great location! Stunning views! As others have commented, it’s a tad rough around the edges, but it suited us just fine. Oh, and the beds we’re comfortable, contrary to what others have reported. The beach and waves were perfect for our two 12 year olds and our 9 year old. The pool was great. The staff was excellent and very helpful and kind. The areas of Mazatlan that we moved around in, Gold Coast and Centro were very safe feeling. I’d recommend Costa de Oro to anyone looking for great value and who doesn’t need the most upscale, chic, boutique hotel. It was great for our family. And the price was hard to beat for what we got.

It was rough around the edges, as others have said. So, the furniture was a bit worn. Everything was a little worn and maybe out dated. But we didn’t mind at all, and nothing about it being “worn” affected us negatively in any big way.

I didn’t feel safe. Our room was connected to someone else’s room by a “locked door.” I could hear them literally breath and I was afraid that they could open the door. I had to put the table and chair against the connecting door to feel a bit safer. Also, we were not able to sleep at all. Every day, there was a type of construction going on, it was very exhausting. The hotel & room were old, deteriorated and dirty. Sewer smell came from the shower, the elevator was very tiny, dirty and smelly and sometimes didn’t work, etc…

Locativos n was good

Room had mold. The floor was wet all the time they did gave us an upgraded in the room since I mentioned my kids have asthma. Later we went to the buffet which by the way is overpriced few items in the buffet table and staff was kind rude. My kids wanted to try fish and chips but fish was spoiled my daughter had a bite of it and was sick all nite. We did told the captain and the manager and they gave us a lame excuse of how the fish was cook. They weren’t interested in give us back a refund for the buffet. At the end the location is good but too overpriced for what the hotel is. Elevator was broken.
