Ultimate living experience. The air-conditioning is so good and worth all the money. Very good for smokers because there is a lot of place for smoking.

Owner was welcoming, warm and friendly. This is how Filipinos are.
Bathroom amenities. Floor always wet. Level of toilet bowl at calf height and without a seat. Difficult to shower or wash when there's nowhere to put or hang one's clothes/things. A rail and some hooks would make a big difference.
