the phone eas not working, there was a problem with other guest slamming the doors and yelling, there are not air conditioning and the shower is broken

Location only 5 minute walk from train station and centre of Engelberg town. The staff were very helpful & also let me check in early at 12pm which I appreciate very much, i will definately stay at Hotel Central again next time im here. Spacious comfortable room with seating on balcony.. Fridge is nice.

The pillow can be better but not big deal. No kettle for hot water (tea) in the room.

Really good location in Engelberg, right in the middle of everything. Close to the railway station and in the town centre. Staff were friendly , room was quite nice and modern with a lovely little balcony and of course amazing mountain views. There is an Indian restaurant attached to it but I didn’t try it - I didn’t have the breakfast either opting for breakfast up the mountains by cable car in Furenalp. Overall really good value for money , practical and pleasant hotel . Would be happy to stay here again . No coffee maker. A mini fridge albeit empty and a safe. A free Kit Kat and 2 bottles of water

A strange criticism but I was concerned about the fire escape options - Seemed difficult to get out of without going down flights of stairs to the exit . Just given my profession I always have my fire escape plan worked out should it ever be a situation I’m in - and here would have been a nightmare to get out of in my opinion And odd criticism but one worth noting
