Very helpful and friendly staff Easy check in Good location, good for seeing polar lights

Unclean and the accomodation was kind of humid so it was not really comfortable. We found left over food in the oven from previous visitors and I am confident to say that the apartment was cleaner when we left than it was before we arrived. I also have to say that it was not good value for money, we had significantly better apartments on our trip through Lapland where we paid less per night.

the localisation is very nice, the man who works in "cafe" is helpful. after issue with shower, the owner offered us to move to the Hotel - it was very good solution. It should happen on the first evening

we had the problem with shower in our place - it did not work when we arrived. It should be checked before our arrival. We arrive on the late evening and use the shower in different building, during winter it's not very comfortable. On the next morining the owner offered us to move to the Hotel - it was very good solution. It should happen on the first evening. the house we rented, was not so clean - it should be improvedm and not so comfortable. The pictures (on booking) were different (better) than reality. .....

We had booked and paid for superior cabin for four for the New Year's Eve. There is a self check-in, but on the day of our arrival we still didn't have any information about how to get in, the messages went unanswered. At the check-in time we finally reached them by phone, and we were informed that a pipe had frozen in our cabin and we would be getting a replacement in similar size and an extra sauna on top of just shower. When we arrived however, the new cabin was way way smaller, and the sauna and shower were actually outside of the living premises, we would have to go outside in freezing temperatures. To our complaints the Accomodation started pretending our booking had actually been a cabin for 2 with a toilet only and that they actually upgraded us (although we had spoken on the phone previously about our superior cabin with shower)! Overall, the cabin we got was OK, just not for the size of our group, and the communication with the staff was beyond pathetic.

Compact and convenient cabin. Public sauna and shower is good.

Hot summer is difficult with too many mosquitoes.

Kitchen tools and furniture need some renovation. Improve maintenance
