La cama era cómoda , el apartamento pequeño pero acogedor

Nada más llegar el trato nefasto de la recepcionista, su forma prepotente y soberbia al hablarnos y negarse a hacernos el check-in porque decía que ella tenía vida propia y tenía que irse a las 14:00h cuando eran las 13:57 y acababa de atender a otra persona delante de nosotros y seguía sentada en recepción ,pudiendo decirnos amablemente que a las 17h se podría hacer si tenía prisas, sin embargo nos lo hizo “como un favor” pidiendo el DNI y dejándolo caer al suelo al en vez de darlo en la mano, tardó menos de 1 minuto en hacer el check-in y salió a su hora que eran las 14h en punto y pudo no perder tiempo en tratarnos mal, nos dio un juego de llaves, no nos explicó absolutamente nada y se fue, una pena tener gente trabajando cara al público con tan poca educación. El colmo fue a la salida viendo cómo le hacía la pelota a una pareja de extranjeros y explicándoselo todo con un mapa cuando a nosotros no tuvo la vergüenza ni decirnos que llaves abrían cada puerta, el sitio está bien y en todo el centro pero con personas así pierde mucho y deja mucho que desear, en esta vida hay que ser más profesional sabiendo que el cliente lleva siempre la razón, no le puse una hoja de reclamaciones por no amargarnos la estancia pero tengo clarísimo que no volveré alojarme y no por el sitio sino por el trato que tuvimos.

The office closes at 9:00 PM and my train from Seville was late. It was stressful because I arrived at 9:02 PM and the receptionist had already closed the door and there was no answer on the phone number provided. At about 9:07 a receptionist opened the door(after sending an arrival notification email, while standing outside the entry) with the receipt and keys to the apartment. I had sent an email in transit to notify the receptionist of our possible delay, and they didn't charge me with their standard €20.00 fee for arrivals after 9:00PM. I am thankful not to have incurred the extra €20.00 fee.

The Apartment only had the minimum necessities, 2 small containers of shampoo/body wash, and 2 plastic toothbrushes in the bathroom and towels.

Location mainly. Apartment was a good size and very central. We were able to witness the Easter celebrations in style.

Facilities are very poor. No kettle, no iron or iron board, no hair dryer although one was available at reception. Room only cleaned once on departure and if you want cleaning during your stay it costs extra (we stayed 4 days. Towels that were provided were well past their sell by date and should be binned. All small things really and could be easily corrected it they were amenable to spending a small bit of money

Beautiful apartment in a fab building. Great location too. Good breakfast too.

Location, size of apartment, heating. It was clean, beds were comfy, I would give rate at least 8 to the apartment itself but because of situation described below I can't.

The property has extra charge for late (after 8pm) check in. There is no info how much will that be. We arrived at 9:15pm (I have this hour in my account confirmation) and we had to pay 30EUR (cost of our accommodation was 60EUR, so from 60 it was suddenly 90). Sarcastic attitude of the lady in reception did not help with overall feelings about the stay. After we entered the room, we saw a big policy hanging on the door, saying that check in between 9pm and 10pm costs 15EUR (photo attached, no info that it's per person. If so, why we did pay 30 not 45?). The next day we tried to get back 15EUR but the lady said no and didn't want to discuss this. No effect also on further trials (calls). Not fair. We were also told that someone from reception tried to contact us "many times" before check in, but we had NO CALLS. We figured out that probably he/she did not enter the Polish prefix +48 and just called someone else from Spain.
