Property location and and interior
Property is fully leakages room door and passages and bathroom showers are on poor water supply .
Some reception staff is with no smile they don’t great also with some arrogantly reply.
Breakfast is too cold.

Breakfast was very good.
Free foot massage was excellent but preferred paying the gentleman every time I used his services.
The blind man played the flute and again I preferred paying the gentleman every time I listened to his music.
I wish next time you'll encourage people to pay the hard working who come to bombay to earn their leaving.

Kind stuff
Noise generated by hotel's stuff till late hours of night. Usage of the old escalator which was producing a huge volume of the noise being heard in room. Room was very small and price quite high as for the standard and quality of service.

Right from the check in we are facing problems , leakage issues , no proper locking system ( keys not working ), no proper availability of water ( anytime they close running water )
This is our last time in this property one of the worst experiences we faced

Good location, lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast on the rooftop complete with massage and flautist. There was a safe in the room, the WiFi was good andt the bed comfortable

Breakfast and free foot masage in breakfast time .
There was no refrigerator in our room .

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary yoga, foot massages and breakfast on the beautiful rooftop were all a lovely bonus and a wonderful way to start the day
Our room next to the elevator shaft could at times be quite loud when the elevator was in use. On two occasions, our key card stopped working and had to be reprogrammed.

The Reservations Manager Ms. Padmini and her college are very rude to guests with curt replies and everything is a No No
Replace front office staff with courteous staff and this makes the first impression.

Good variety of choices on a daily basis for breakfast on the roof top with complimentary foot massage. Friendly personnel always ready to assist. Very good location to catch taxis.
