The bed had bed bugs and kept myself and my partner up whole night.

After an unpleasant room experience - the staff was accommodative to move us to another room. Unfortunately they are still doing renovations. The Dinner gets 100% compliments - the breakfast was just as good

The inconvenience of the renovations as some of the rooms are still in the process.

At least i had a roof over my head

The place has no parking , it is used as a step down facility for a hospital

I came stay two days but room aircone doesn't work and the lady say I must open the windows or she will give me the fan. Imagine how they treat with guest I check out same day after 1 hour and she refused to give me refund I paid 2790 for 1hour.that lady on reception she told me I can't help we don't have any technician. So I don't want to stay I can go. Imagine with my 2 kids I left and they treat me like animal. Before I check inn I say pls show me room so she refused
