Staff are lovely, you are made to feel very welcome. Breakfast is excellent and the location is great.
The room (13) smells very damp and foisty. A real shame as a nice room and nice idea being a separate annex. However, felt like I had a tight chest after spending the night.

Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. All, a great location in Harrogate.

A great central location, with pre-bookable parking.
Lots of choice at breakfast too, a great start to the day.
The mattress wasn’t as firm as we like and, in fact, dipped on either side. Didn’t mention it at the time as there’s not a lot they could have done to change the mattress during our 3 night stay!

Staff and breakfast were good
We were in the annex (13) which is essentially a converted outhouse in the car park away from the main building. Bathroom was falling apart, no ventilation so water dripping down walls. You’re essentially sleeping next to a small road also. The pictures make it look a lot better than it was and we were quite disappointed for a 4* hotel with 8.9 reviews. I assume the rooms in the main building were better but the annex wasn’t great.

"Das Personal hier ist wirklich herausragend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Inn liegt zentral und bietet gutes Livemusik am Wochenende."
