Hotel Schwarzwand

The staff is great and service is perfect!

I asked for a desk because I need to work with my laptop in the room, they gave me a nice desk, that was a big help for me.

Super comfortable and tasteful, without being formal. A very warm, relaxed atmosphere….not least due to the ever-smiling friendly staff who always went the extra mile to make our holiday perfect. It is our third visit and it has started to feel like staying with family…as relaxing as being at home, but in a super comfortable and stylish home! Very comfortable beds, fabulous bed linen, a really lovely spacious sitting room area for when snow conditions limited skiing. Excellent wine advice. Even the tea was delicious and carefully chosen (marriage freres from Paris and/or locally grown mint tea). It really is a treat

Really nothing. Possibly a few more green vegetables with supper, but that may be personal preference.

Excellent property in an excellent location with an Amazing team! The management, reception and wait staff were amazing. The restaurant was excellent. The wellness centre was next level. The housekeeping team noticed that we need extra blankets and pillows and provided them without us even having to ask. The entire team went above and beyond. We loved it and would highly recommend.

The breakfast was delicious. Nice variety of breads and jams . Good selection of hot dishes. Everything served in the beautiful restaurant overlooking the mountains with impeccable dining tables dressed in white linen table cloths. The waiters attentive to your needs. We loved the simplicity and sophistication of the interior decoration throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains . But most of all we loved the warmth and family like kindness which we received during our stay
