The location was beautiful, the staff was very kind! The room itself was super spacious and clean.

The bedding had a musty smell (almost like it was left in washer too long?), and bed was extremely firm

Firstly the staff were extremely helpful. My wife has mobility issues and they did everything they could to help her. The room we got was spacious and comfortable. The setting was beautiful and it had a small pool which was a pleasant surprise. While we were there it rained a lot so we mainly ate at the hotel restaurant. As we don’t like much salt in our food, we requested less salt and they accommodated this. The food was really good for the price. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location in heart of Khao Sok Village and a short walk from entrance to National Park. The rooms were large with mosquito net for comfortable bed. Ours overlooked the quiet small pool and lush greenery was all around. Toiletries provided were very nice. The breakfast was fine - choice of eggs plus cereal, fruit, yogurt, cake, toast coffee and juice etc. Dinner was excellent - we ate there 2/3 nights. The staff were very friendly and keen to help and organised an overnight stay on Cheow Lan lake and mini van tickets to Dansok for our onward travel, both at prices comparable with or cheaper than could be obtained elsewhere.
