Double standard of front desk.

The staff were very hospitable

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the outdoor areas of the cafe and the bar.

Front desk team . Specially, Ms. Manasi is excellent among the team

Food is absolutely local while hotel is 5 Star.

The staff and the service was very poor. No one attended the calls and at the time of check out we opted for late checkout but staff kept calling. The parking process is very slow and take a lot of time. The room was very small and even the fridge was not working along with the Ac. Also room service and reception did not receive calls or gave proper information about the queries

Very clean and friendly staff. Specially Shivani helped us lot.

The Breakfast was excellent and the Staff was extremely courteous and forthcoming. I would like to make a special mention of Pinki - Hostess forever smiling and was always alert and at our beck and call. Rohit Mishra, Lalit and Piyush were also very helpful.
