I was imagining HarbourFront stopover on way to London. It’s not that. But it’s close enough. Good shopping centre huge. Across the road. Pool was great.

Perfect location close to Sentosa and Mrt
The worst breakfast in my life. I tried it on first day and thus just skipped, even if paid already.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating, price is reasonable and location quite good. Sky fall was a nice place for an evening drink and staff were very friendly and attentive.
Skyfall being closed to guests for private functions- difficult to have a romantic night in the other areas!

It was close to VivoCity and the MRT.
Staff on multiple occasions lacked hospitality and helpfulness. This included sending us to the wrong room on check in (which they wrote down on the card) and being unhelpful throughout (no welcome or introduction to the hotel, unhelpful guidance on checking/out details). Very transactional approach, which was disappointing given the amazing hospitality experienced through the rest of Singapore.
The view from our room was also over a cemetery/mausoleum.
