Cleanliness, location, host communication, facilities. Absolutely loved it!!!

Nice inside and very easy to get into once we found it.
The washer-dryer was difficult to use and kept your clothes locked in for 45 minutes after done. Absolutely no parking close.

Well located and well appointed. The beds and bedding provided were great, as were the towels for the bathroom.
We had some noisy neighbours, but the benefit of booking with Destiny Scotland is that they have responsive staff checking messages and they kindly helped ask the noisy neighbours to be more quiet, which they did. I think this was a real benefit of booking with a group that manages multiple properties as Destiny Scotland does.

The location was great. Easy access via the key pads.
It was difficult to regulate the temperature. In fact we never really figured it out. The shower is very slippery. A little how-to manual about the unit would be great.
