Very nice and comfortable hotel, well decorated rooms, with strong air conditioning. They offer a very nice breakfast with eggs, toast, fruit and coffee.
The hotel was nice but the location in “el centro” may not be the best for international tourists. There is not a lot to do around here, but that of course is not the fault of the hotel! In any case, all the tour companies will pick you up and drop you off and it only about a 12 minute walk to the bus station.

The shower water was hot, the breakfast was included, the room was cool, the staff was polite, laundry was there, bars were there, it was a block away from all the action. Its a hidden gem.
The place was great overall, no issues. But if I had to say one thing..it would be that I wish that drinking water was on the top floor too and I wish they had a hot and cold water dispenser. Maybe some complimentary coffee and tea for guest.

The property is well located very close to the centre of Palenque. The room was clean with a good shower. The hotel also has a nice communal space on the second floor. The breakfast was also very good.
It is such a shame that a good business like this is being potentially ruined by a loud, inconsiderate nightclub opposite. It’s not the hotel’s fault but the bring you earplugs if you want anything close to a nights sleep. I feel so sorry for this hotel.
