Outstanding in all respects. Great staff, great location, great food, clean and comfortable - and a great café/bookstore at the top of the road (rachna books).

The hotel was very clean, the staff was kind, pleasant and very polite. We were a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens but all our requirements were smilingly fulfilled. The decor and the posters in the restaurant had a superb vibe. The food was good and the owner of the hotel was very warm, true and professional. Special mention for Ayush who was a smily, hardworking and super helpful boy. Staying at the family suite was a great idea for the whole family.
There was no mention of climbing stairs to the 4th floor without lift. Having a mention on the hotel page will help with transparency.

The location.
Since the stay was brief, the service was good but the receptionist was a bit rude and cared less about the approach made to them. It's a big Negative as far as dealing with guests is concerned since it's a hospitality ground.
