El personal del restaurante. es extremadamente grosero y ni siquiera se interesan en saludarte, solo por eso no volvería a ir a ese lugar.

It's a good location, close to the Santo Tomas metro train station.

friendly staff, clean, loved the pool on hot afternoons, close to the hospital. I liked the rooms to the front of the hotel with a window.

It's a shame that the hygiene was so poor, otherwise we'd have a pretty decent stay for that little money. Space of the room is good, nice hot shower, WiFi is good enough. Pool looks clean and has a nice view, but unfortunately there is no shade whatsoever.

The bed was made up but when I folded the sheet away there was lots of other people's hair in it, so clearly the sheets hadn't been changed. Also there were plucks of hair in the bathroom. Airconditioning did not work at first, with another remote luckyly it worked. It was really noisy, both from the streets and the hallway. The view from our room was horrible (see picture attached). The whole building looks run down like they didn't keep up with maintenance. Leaking faucet. Elevator button missing. Overflowing bins in the stairwell. Staff at reception did not speak English (not really a problem) but was not friendly also.
