The villa is great, comfortable, very clean, not too old. Very homely. Loved the pretend fireplace - added to ambiance. The kitchen is great - every item you could just about need. Bathrooms have underfloor heating - nice bonus! Overall, the place was almost faultless. The views! and the location are superb. I will miss looking at the mountains every morning.

Woud have been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere and also, we would have liked extra large blankets for the beds. We don't like sleeping with heaters on.

Location and facilities always great. Plenty of space and a flat walk to town

Everything was good - fireplace stopped working but maintenance came out pretty quickly to fix

The property is immaculately presented with top quality appliances, a well resourced kitchen with every tool or appliance you could want, and sweeping vistas of both the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. The proximity to town was fantastic. A short 5 min walk to the Pier and the restaurant district. The Staysouth property managers were incredibly helpful with advice on Queenstown and made themselves available at all times. The whole booking process to arrival through to departure was made simple by the professionalism of the Staysouth team.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very noisy especially the front room right in the Main Street.
