Nice place, a little tired but clean & comfortable in a good location! Good value

Could be a lot more expensive, very good value for money. But also, it's not very private, so maybe the price is smart.

One of the gardeners walked around for lengthy periods of time hocking up spit and reeching. It was quite disgusting, we just tried to laugh about it.

Nothing really the western manager lady was very rude didn’t care to listen that there was no light at night, the room stank the water was dirty.

Dirty nasty sheets, very small, very thin air con had been sacked, so the lower you put it the hotter. It was worked out that you had to put it on the hottest setting to make it called the European lady manager was very rude.

Always fresh, options to choose, nice and quiet

Demolition was occuring daily in adjoining property, no fault of diabian. Construction happening everywhere!!

Excellent location, right in the middle of Lipah Beach main road and easy to find with a nice big sign outside. Room was very clean and well appointed. Very private. Beds were comfortable. SO we slept like babies there. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot and the whole staff from management down to the gardener were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh juice and fruit plates. You can tell that the management cares for your comfort and enjoyment at Di Abian Resort. And as others have said, the garden is immaculate.Wifi pretty good. I was able to check my work emails and do some video and phone calls. Lots of restaurants around, a couple with nice views of the beach at sunset if you walk up the hill to the right of the property on the main road. This is real value for money and a great reasonably priced option in Lipah Beach. Sometimes paying more won't even get you what you get here at Di Abian.
