This place is absolutely fabulous. Amazing views of the lake and perfect location - just a few minutes away from the ferry and the main square of the town. It offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
We will certainly come back soon.

The location is superb just on the edge of the town with a brilliant view of the lake and the mountains.
The room was the perfect size for the two of us. Quiet.
Th owwner kindly organised a vet for us -not an emergency just routine paperwork signing to bring the dog back to England.
I would advise anyone carrying large suitcases or provisions to park in Parking 3 and walk along side the lake to the house and collect the owner's cart.

The weather was variable in May and unseasonal -not the owners fault just a comment.

This was a great spot to stay with our family of 4. The location was beautiful and it was great to swim in the Wolfgangsee.

Wonderful location, wonderful host. Unfortunately St. Wolfgang is not so animated during this period.
The kitchen is a bit small. But for breakfast it is enough, as there are plenty of restaurants for lunch or dinner around.

The property located at the lakefront, with a wonderful view. We could see an entire St. Wolfgang lake and mountains in a room. The property is close to the ferry dock station (few houses away).
This place is very clean with an excellent layout of living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
The owner lives in the property.
The bed mattress seems a little softer for us.
If you drive, you have to park, and walk down several minutes to get the property.

Views of the lake and mountains were awesome. Probably the best in St Wolfgang , as there were people sitting on the benches in front of the house all day, admiring the views.
Location was perfect. Just 2/3 minutes walk to the church, shops,ship station and bus stops.
Sitting on the balcony at night , looking at the moon and stars reflected on the serene lake was like meditation !
Kitchen area was a bit small. Missed a microwave for heating up take out meals.

Very clean, frendly host, beautiful area with clean lake. Close to the old town center. Lot of facilities. Perfect for swimming, cycling, hiking or simply relaxing - including romantic evening walks...
House is near public molo; sometimes it was little disturbing during the night.

We absolutely loved this little apartment. My husband and I chose the one bedroom apartment, which was bright and cheery, tidy and had more than enough room for two people. There was a large wraparound deck, with a table and chairs-we loved listening to the blackbirds that landed there and on the trees nearby. The view was amazing and the location perfect. It was a one minute walk to the ferry landing and St. Wolfgang's many shops and restaurants. The house is right on the water with only a pedestrian path in between. The apartment was quiet, the bed and couch very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our things. The toilet was in a separate room with its own sink.
The shower in the main bath was well designed and kept the floor dry. The kitchen was very well equipped, with very nice quality dishes and a drip coffee maker (with coffee & filters), which we were thrilled about, as we weren't a fan of the pod machines found at most hotels. Mr. Wallner was very kind, welcoming and a wonderful host. We stayed in some beautiful places during our trip, but this was by far our favourite-we can't wait to come back!

The location is great, the apartment is large and spacious and the view !!! Getting up every morning and seeing the lake spread out under the porch is worth it all
The access to the place is complex, the parking is quite far from the apartment and it took us quite some time and nerves to locate it! for those who intend to rent the apartment, contact the owner in order to receive accurate directionss
