Awesome

Great location, budget friendly accommodation. Room was clean, comfy beds and good quality pillows. Spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Smart TV, tea and coffee provided, air conditioning and fan! No bells and whistles but value for money. Discount on food and drinks at the Wobbly Chook below the rooms, great place to eat and drink in Yamba with good selection of meals at a very reasonable price and they have all their own craft beers brewed onsite. Also, self check in and key collection dispenser at front of building was a breeze, great for out of hours travellers.

Probably access after downstairs closes as you have to enter through rear of building via a back laneway, video keypad entry. Did not bother us as we were upstairs before closing but might matter to others if they were coming

The location is a very good .

None

The location and the staff were fantastic.

The lack of parking, but we understand parking in the front isn’t to bad, although the bedding was very clean the floor in the room wasn’t the best in being clean.
