The Coast Motel

Nice rooms, awesome staff, yum breaky

Location

Stairs. No lift to assist with luggage

The Coast Motel always delivers on cleanliness and comfort. It is very convenient having the Cap Hotel next door, we ate lovely meals there each evening. Excellent, easy parking. I like being away from the busy centre of Yeppoon, but it is just a short drive to the shopping centres, lagoon and beaches if you want to go.

Nothing I can think of.

Cleanliness and availability to surrounding area’s

On day one there was a leaking toilet which we didn’t realize and when I got up to the bathroom to go I slipped on the water on the floor and took a very hard fall. The tiles in the bathroom are slippery Hurt my back and foot Went to hospital and when we got back there was no communication on if I was ok ect. Didn’t inform us if leak was fixed at this time . On checking out the gentleman said he had gone up there to fix it but it was still leaking when we left. If the u it had been opened up before arrival they would of seen the water dripping out of the hose or the cleaner while cleaning should definitely seen the issue
