Simple, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and approachable staff. Terrific food at the in-house restaurant. Able to accomodate a family of five in two adjoining rooms.

Staff were friendly, room clean and nice. We also had dinner at the restaurant well priced and good food.

Disappointed, Restaurant not open

The highly rated restaurant was closed on Saturday night- Chef had gone away. Had to drive into Parkes for dinner. 15 very steep steps to reach our room. We had been sent written confirmation from the Motel of a ground floor room, prior to our stay. The Manager was angry with us for booking through Booking.com and not phoning him direct. He told us to go somewhere else if we didn't like upstairs, BUT, he added "You won't get your money back." We could not recommend this motel to anyone booking through a third party.

The location was perfect for us as we were heading north. Beds really comfortable. Would stay again

I don't like stairs but that not the owners fault . so nothing I didn't like.

It was very nice. the man at reception was a bit gruff and in the restaurant he was also gruff. The other staff were lovely. They blitzed soup for me as I could not eat solids so that was great.

The cold floors in the bathroom. And the bathroom sink was a little small when utilising the microwave and wanting to wash dishes.

Location. The lady on the front desk was lovely.
