Die zentrale Lage und das authentische Ambiente. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Tolles Frühstück!

The hotel was very nice , exceptional staff. Really helpful , room was nice and comfortable. You feel like you’re at home with family .

The hot water in the shower was scalding hot . Couldn’t even touch the handle piece

The staff here are incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They felt like family.

The showers sometimes felt a bit cold

Location

The lady working at front desk was rude and not helpful as we enquired about our money that was scammed when paid to the Riad. They have not at that stage made contact with booking.com and only after we insisted that we need feedback did she phoned the owner who replied: its not our problem!!! We still have not had any other reply since we left and are we of the opinion that the Riads platform was hacked on booking . Com and therefor they should take some respnsibility. Wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there as no assistance would be forthcoming if anything happened with your booking. We had to pay another nearly 900 Euro to keep our booking.!! Very sad indeed. Rather stay at a bigger hotel with infrastructure and people who have empathy with their guests.
